We're passionate about wine and take our customer service just as seriously. Our online shopping experience has been designed to be quick and easy, but if you do have any questions please visit our Contact Us page for contact information and we will be happy to help you complete your order or take a phone order.... yes that’s right, we like doing business the old fashioned way and receiving your feedback.

 

HOW TO ORDER

 

Simply browse our wines until you find what you are looking for and click on the 'Add to Cart' button. By clicking this button you can add as many items as you like into your cart before clicking on the 'Checkout' button to finalise your purchase.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard via invoice & phone orders & you can also use AMEX via invoice & our online store

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

 Our delivery charges are based on the number of bottles purchased as well as your delivery destination. Orders must be in multiples of six single bottles or one magnum. There is no minimum order quantity for merchandise items. Your delivery charges are calculated and shown to you at the checkout stage of your purchase. Freight charges are subsidised by Conley’s Fine Wines.

 

Prices are per case (12 bottles)

  • Victoria: $14.00
  • All other Australian states: $18.00

 

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Our delivery time ranges from two days to 10 days depending on your location. We process orders from Monday to Friday and endeavour to ship the same day or the following day from when we receive your order.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of wine, we only provide returns in rare situations where there was a problem with the product at the time it was delivered to you. We need to be notified of this within three days of your purchase arriving so we can arrange a replacement product or a refund.

 

 BREAKAGES

Our wines are shipped with Australia Post. In the event of a breakage, Australia Post will notify us and we will reimburse the purchase cost to you to account for the items broken. Alternatively, we will send you replacement items as advised by you. You must also notify us of any breakages within two days of receiving the items via email.

 

 INCORRECT ITEMS

 

 If you have received the wrong item, e.g. a Chateau Margaux instead of a Queen Adelaide Shiraz, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem. Or in this scenario, enjoy!!!

 Conley’s Fine Wines is committed to respecting your online privacy. We will only use the personal information you have chosen to provide us for the purpose for which you provided it. Conley’s Fine Wines will not use it for any other purpose without your consent. Under no circumstances will Conley’s Fine Wines sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information.

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

 We currently ship within Australia and we are more than happy to ship our wines to the US, UK, China, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, New Zealand and Hong Kong.   To purchase our wines overseas please contact us via phone or email.
