About the Wine

Ruby,  one of the lighter. Bundle is a little minty on this wine,  beneath which is fragrant however sauteing cassis,  tending one-dimensional. Palate is cassis and proposals of blueberry as though there were some Shiraz in the wine,  the oak wedding up well and the palate considerably less corrosive than a percentage of the more younger wines from this label. It would look a bit straightforward in a 2000 Bordeaux tasting,  yet this is satisfying Australian cabernet evading over the top characters.
