About the Wine
A crisp fresh ultra dry bite with solid floral, granny smith apple and lemon citrus characters. Awesome length. More exquisite and less profound than other and all the better for it. Remarkable wine, most likely our best riesling yet. 100 percent indigenous yeast aged. Medium pale color. Extraordinary lime, tonic water, herb, toasty fragrances. All around created and bouyant with lime, tonic water flavors, still somewhat firm surfaces and leafy textures, Finishes white firm and tangy.
