They're not usual McLaren Vale Great varieties, but then again you could say that's in line with Laino himself a bit of an eccentric lovely bloke and well worth dropping in for a visit.  He Crafts his wine making skills with but yet a bunch of Spanish varieties, Which have just realised gonna make it hard to put online or categorise but sometimes you just have to trust me.  These resilient great varieties worked well in McLaren Bells heat dry grown dynamic They left them for themselves, tried and tested overtime and worked very well with the climate, As I put it up in line a couple years later on, I might have to try one or two just remember why I fell in love with it on the day
