Lowestoft Estate Chardonnay 2024

Description:
Cool-climate Chardonnay with real drive. Pale yellow flecked with green. Fresh lime, brine and coriander seed lead the nose, with subtle brioche and spring florals. The palate is taut and mealy, ripe nectarine and grapefruit weaving through bright acidity with captivating length. 100% East Coast fruit, whole-bunch pressed to seasoned French oak (300L and 500L), wild-fermented, nine months on oak. Halliday's Dave Brooks scored it 96+. Will reward five to seven years.
