The story of Fox Creek started when a little gathering of doctors and their wives chose to seek after a lifelong passion of making wine from uncovered earth and daylight. At McLaren Vale, one of South Australia's head wine locales they found the earth and it is famous for its Shiraz.

About the Wine: It has incredible profundity of shading, fragrance and flavor, run of the mill of the best wines of the McLaren Vale region. The Reserve has an amazing variety of flavours with blackberry, blackcurrant, liquorice and dark chocolate. The wine has a rich sweet fruit mid sense of taste and the completion is long. While receptive when youthful, it is best cellared.

The full flavoured sense of taste with plums, rhubarb, dark cherries and strawberries, with liquorice and milk chocolate rounding out the mid sense of taste. The wine completes with awesome balance and elegance, and is portrayed by rich dark chocolate, roast nut, dynamic acidity and firm auxiliary grape tannins. These tannins give the wine amazing length and will get to be richer and diminish as the wine ages, and will compensate the individuals who can cellar this discharge.
